A brand-new Royal Mail parcel locker has arrived at Chatteris Working Men’s Club, bringing a convenient new way for local residents to collect, send and return parcels.
Situated outside the club, alongside the existing self-service laundry facilities, the bright red installation provides access to Royal Mail parcel services without the need to visit a traditional counter.

The new self-service locker is designed to make everyday parcel handling that little bit easier.
Whether you’re sending a parcel, returning an online purchase or collecting an eligible delivery, the facility offers a convenient alternative that fits around your day.
With 24-hour access, seven days a week, there’s no need to arrange your visit around the club’s opening hours.
Customers can use Royal Mail’s online services to arrange eligible deliveries, postage and returns, following the instructions provided for their particular service.

Another Facility for the Chatteris Community
The new locker joins the existing self-service laundry machines on the CWMC premises, adding another practical facility for local people.
Importantly, you don’t need to be a CWMC member to use it.
For a club that has been part of Chatteris since 1946, providing facilities that benefit the wider community is an important part of looking towards the future.
Not everything happening at CWMC needs to involve entertainment, a social occasion or a visit to the bar. Sometimes, it’s simply about making everyday life a little more convenient.
